Does playing as Germans give you more XP than Greeks?

I don't know how else to explain it. I recently started 3 new bases, one playing as Germans and the other two as Greeks.

I then maxed out all three bases in the Iron Age, so all buildings, troops, everything. Even the same Wonder. So there is nothing else to build or improve in any of the bases.

The Greek bases both show up as Level 23 (with 950/2410 XP). But the German base shows Level 24 (with 1140/2515).

What could explain this if all three are maxed out Iron Age bases (with same Wonder) and nothing else to improve?

As your alliance stars increase the later attacks gain more xp. It has nothing to do with the nation you have chosen.

Only successful attacks gain xp. You can find this information on world war information in your game.

What are you talking about? the author's question is not about the world war. Besides, attacks in the world war also do not give experience to your base. They increase the alliance level
