Banned for what exactly?!

Being banned because you have hunted more stags that you should have, that s the most ridiculous thing i've heard from nexon. Why did they show off, if a stag spawns you just kill it if you have free workers.

I have faced same issue , initial i thought its emulator based issue so i blame emulator even i emailed BlueStacks for their emulator issue. And i left all my accounts except one main account and started to play at only tab and mobile. Yesterday i have collected my VC and went offline. After an hour when i again logged in i saw my VC returned and i was able to collect it. Although i just collected it an hour ago. Without getting stars from multiplayer battle VC was ready for collection store item. And now i am pretty much sure its a bug that regenerate VC with complete stars for collection. Even i was banned for this twice. 3 + 14 days. And dont know what will be duration for next banned period. And hopefully this time i will leave this game. I have multiple accounts and really enjoy it but this banned issue make me sick.

No idea what happened. Casually raiding, got banned. I don't recall getting 10x whatever payout the chest supposedly gave me in 2 days. I play at low medals so any payout is small anyway, i wouldn't have noticed if it had.

Nb4 has looked into it, and given me all the info he can, which is not a lot - just that there are very specific steps to make it possible for it to payout more than once a day. I explicitly do not want to know what these steps are, but if collecting it as normal can cause a bug that ultimately results in me getting a ban, i won't be collecting from it again - it can flash at me on 15* all it wants to.

WTF dont they fix that bug since they clearly know its there and can be abused.

That's my point. Nexon has no right to ban someone taking advantage of a bug created by Nexon.
I didn't enjoy having my oil stolen but I probably would've used the night witches too. (I want those strike fighters!!)

My situation is very similar to you Guy, but at least you got an answer for your ban, even if it is totally unjustified. My 3 day ban is, according to Nexon is based on "freezing", sometimes they refer to crowns, other times to resources. They can give me a feed back about what I did wrong. I have never cheated nor wanted to cheat, I spent a small fortune of money on Dominations and now I got a ban with an ill fated accusation that I cheat. This defamation really bothers me giving me the creep, I do not like this defamation.
I do not know what"freezing" is, I do not even want to know it.
I'm scared to play after my ban is over, since I simply do not know what to expect.
I don't know what to avoid, unlike the Victory Chest case.
I'm buffled by Nexon's sanction against me, I feel like I'm left in the dark discombobulated and there is no knowledge I can access to prevent this kind of ban in the future.

this phenomenon really scares me .... i have spent a lot of attention on this game; i'd feel really bad from a mistaken ban....

i'm watching the timer countdown on victory chest carefully to make sure it's working normally, and letting the stags run free lol.
is there any other tip to avoid being banned?

i would really like to know what 'freezing' is so i can not do it. i understand if describing it here is inappropriate ... in another sense it is very appropriate in context of current instability. considering the trend of events it's not irrational to be concerned.

..... i do sometimes reboot the application when it's slow..... should i like wait ten seconds before doing anything?

Recently I had the following experience: The indicator under the attack button at the bottom left of my screen illuminated as it does whenever the Victory Chest is ready to be opened/collected (showing 15/15 stars had been achieved). When I went to collect, though, no trade goods actually appeared on the screen to select from. Then, shortly thereafter, the counter would reset to 12/15 or whatever the current count was, with the message that only stars from multiplayer attacks count for Victory Chest purposes (I guess it was counting alliance challenge attacks?). This happened several times while I tried to figure out what was happening.

I'm posting this here just in case this is what is triggering Victory Chest-related bans, so I have something to point to for reference/restoring my ish in a worst-case scenario.

There is something Wrong with that victory chest. I have noticed sometimes it does not give me all the stars i have scored. For instance, If i do a 5 stars battle it can give me only 2 for the victory chest.
I remember having informed the CS first time it has happened but they seem to did not care.
