Sabotage only has 2 radius... comon 7 of them cannot sabotage an entire base. And each one is only 17 sec with upgraded univ. So at most you'll be able to sabotage 2 areas x 3 tactics for 51 sec. Definitely powerful... not game wrecking.
You don't have to sabotage whole base at once..just walk your army through and Sab everything en route.

There’s no point investing in a strategy in this game it seems. It just gets turned on it’s head.
Get rid of the war museum and wind back ALL of these rebalances.
It seems they can't win... after the rebalance the community screamed that the game was too hard, now it's too easy? They acted on some of our suggestions (defensive HT changes are most welcomed) and gave us our single space tactics back to tilt the balance a bit back towards offense. I have done some friendlies, and overall I think the new changes are good. I'm curious to try out the commandos to see how they do.
Imagine for a minute...how good this game could be...if they just left it alone as it was.
