DomiNations Update 12.17 - Base Management

Greetings Leaders,

Update 12.17 introduces some quality-of-life updates to your DomiNations experience. This smaller update will add the ability to rename and delete Bases and a claim all button for Event Rewards. Plus, we’ll be adding a new Library Bookcase to research.

Delete Your Base & Change Names
We’re adding the ability to further edit bases in the Multiple Bases menu. You’ll now be able to rename, and even delete your unused bases!

To Edit your base name, go to the Manage Account button in settings, the same way you would change your base.

Within this menu, tap the edit button.

From there, you’ll notice a new button that reads ‘Edit Name’. Tapping this will open a new window that allows you to change your Base name for Crowns.

You can even Delete Bases you no longer need. Note that you won’t be able to delete your currently active base.

A warning will pop-up prior to completing the Base Deletion process.

Finally, should you desire to leave the DomiNations experience entirely, we’re also making it easier to do so in-game.

Update 12.17 will also introduce a ‘Claim All’ button for collecting Event Rewards.

New Library Bookcase
Our next Library Bookcase will focus on increasing productivity for our early Age players. Starting from Enlightenment Age you’ll unlock the ‘Basic Economics’ research in the Library. These chapters will add increased production for your Caravans and Farms, and also reduce the costs of your Walls, Bastions, Gates, and Traps.

Alright I been quiet, we got told fixes to replay and reports were in the works. Well where are they ? These are the most fundamental flaws a war game can have not having proof of what was used in war battles and not having proof who actually won.

Just telling us it is coming has been told for 10 years. How about putting a date to that? ( the excuse it’s complicated is over used )

I don’t need a Harlem or The Wise response I want the guy in charge of fixing replays and reports to give the date they will be fixed.

this update has many new things we all wanted at some point:

- base deletion
- name changing
- claim all button
- defensive/uni/library TIME reduction

We may not get the fixed replays we want BUT we got some very nice goodies! Thanks guys and please, for the next update... I hope to see some progress with those replays and friendly challenges. Both of these are crucial for a strategy game like this one.
 
Yeah some nice qol additions and especially the claim all button - hopefully this lays the foundation for other multiple claim items like councillor chests or crafting fragments or selling artifacts. Crafting 999,999 fragments 5x1 tap at a time is ridiculous!
The new chapters are fine for new players but us veterans don't have anything to upgrade - how about something for us like, l don't know ... a fix to the heli range - because, you know, it's broken?
 
Nice little update, I appreciate the broad attempt on time reduction.

I had an update in the iOS App Store, but still none of the changes mentioned above are active. Neither in the mobile nor the web version of the game.

When will the new chapters be available?

this update has many new things we all wanted at some point:

- base deletion
- name changing
- claim all button
- defensive/uni/library TIME reduction

We may not get the fixed replays we want BUT we got some very nice goodies! Thanks guys and please, for the next update... I hope to see some progress with those replays and friendly challenges. Both of these are crucial for a strategy game like this one.
I agree that name change and stuff is cool. I would rather the focus be on Replays and Reports. An actual date when this will be fixed should come from the team leader in charge of replays and reports. ( Team has failed to fix it 10 years time for real answer)

As for the reduce times that is just caving to multiple account holders to speed up progress of their accounts. This way they keep numbers up. Just like fake follower accounts on YouTube
 
This is the best update to the game in a long time. I can't wait to enjoy it. In multi-accounts I would like to be able to reorder accounts based on their Age level, from highest to lowest. I hope it will be possible to do this in future updates.
I have a doubt: when we delete a base from in multi-accounting will we be able to use it on another device?

I fully aggre, that the current way of replay is annoying and the game is somehow incomplete and low-quality-feel by having this issue. But pls consider the background behind this. It is not only a programing issue. I do not know the deatails but I am sure that this is very complex problem, and I am not sure that we would like the solution if we could get it right now. I suppose that the problem is the museum / councilor implementation. If we want to have get exact replay, the server or our device has to store all these data historicaly for all battles. The question is, will we pay the price in terms device storage, or in real money (server storage).

Totally wrong idea about replays. Everything is stored on BHG and LTG servers, nothing on players' devices. Even if they increase the volume of battle protocols a little (which should be done to make replays more accurate), then, believe me, it will not significantly increase the load on their servers... Although, of course, if everything is done correctly, wisely, which I am not sure about...

P.S. Accept one simple truth - BHG and LTG can't change anything in the basic mechanisms of the game, because, as I assume, there are no programmers who wrote it and understand at least something about how the game works. All sorts of "cosmetic embellishments" of the game - please - we have been observing this for a long time.

Well I could care less personally for an accurate replay. I want a true War Battle Report that shows everything that used in battle from air and ground slots used and anything used in that war battle. I refuse to accept that company that track every crown spent can not give an accurate war battle report not based on the AI replay that shows exactly what was used in War Battle.

They can not provide proof of what used in war battle trust I have asked repeatedly. There fore no proof added to bad AI replay destroys trust that War Battle was legit. Player contacts CS get told to trust War Screen but there is no proof War Screen is accurate anymore than their replay .

They promised a fix well where is it? When will it happen? It’s been 10 years of this time guys in charge of replays and report should be providing updates and be transparent. Why I asked for the actual team leader in charge to come in here explain and give us date this will be fixed.
