Uncollectable Victory Chest

As the title mentioned, I can't collect the reward for collecting victory stars from multiplayer battles.

Possible reason(s) might be from:
--recently completing the spoils of war library tech which reduces the required amount of stars needed from 15 to 12 while I already have 12-14 stars already collected
--the recent museum update which was replacing some rewards within the group: FYI it was the first time finishing the "daily quest" since the update

How do I fix this?

Would if I could, but I can't because there is no CS (customer support) option.

"Open the Settings Menu and click Customer Support. Search for your problem in the FAQs and if you can’t find an answer, click the Contact Us button."

I have found the "Customer Service" FAQ but I see no solution nor a "Contact Us" option anywhere.

I have the same issue... upgraded spoils of war and as soon as the research completed, I can't pick up any victory chests.... I am losing daily..... I contacted customer services and they promptly responded and said they are actively working on it..... I hope it does not take too long..... hopefully, I will get some compensation when its finally fixed....

The team is working on a wider fix for this somewhat rare bug. Until then, Tsamu is correct - it's best to contact our Customer Service team.

having the same issue. has this bug been fixed? don't have the answer from CS yet. Btw. there is another thread 'victory chest bug' - could be merged in here.
