Donated Troops are missing

Not sure if anyone observe this issue. My alliance members are donating troops to me, but those are not reaching my base. When i saw in town center, it's showing as empty. I raised this customer support team, as usual i got compensated with 2 motorcycle machine gun army. I can receive 53 troops in one request, this compensation won't work.

The person who gets a ton of gems is of course the person who literally has nothing to do with them

Leviathan, Ayo - Any update on this issue. It seems the issue still persists, even i'm in online the donated troops are missing. Appreciate your response.

this is a huge problem. Half my donations never reach their target....not to mention that our WW bases are capped at 53 instead of 60

This happens quite often and without a system and for a very long time. No one will fix it.
