Let me ask people this: Is the point of battling to lose as few troops as possible? Or is the point of battling to win the battle? If your troops are killed but you win the battle isn't that the point? You use them to get the rss, diamonds, trade goods, whatever.
If you want to win the battle you use the troops that are best suited for that. More often than not my 3 HTs come back alive but sometimes I'll lose 1. However, in the end I've got the 5* win, I've got the rss, I've got that diamond. So it takes an hour to rebuild him - so what? He did his job. It seems a little naïve to go into battle and want most to come back. I understand the mindset that wants to lose as few troops as possible but ask yourself what's your goal when attacking .......
Rule #1: Troops die in battle.
Rule #2: Leaders can't change Rule #1.
FYI, not just directing this reply at you Quang - there are plenty of others out there who despair at losing their troops.
The point of battling isn't to win 5 stars as it isn't to lose the few troops as possible, it depends on your target.
If it's war, if it's medal climbing, if it's resource gathering, if is some achievement specific... (Like treason one)
In my case, I have the most fun upgrading my base, so I'm working on upgrading walls to level 10, so my main priority is resource efficent attacking, so what Quang says that a HT army has a very little retraining time, sounds interesting to me and worth a try, I don't care winning 5 or not, or medals, I only care about that I want to aim for 4 million gold raid in a TB session
But Ravenlord, how can you have two IA nations and one in 2200 medals ? Lol. You said me in a post I need a girlfriend and playing less, lol, and I think I read you do have a wife?

. But I can't see that much sense in developing two nations at once, instead of focusing on one? Don't get me wrong, I have a second account and can see some point in it, but will use it as an slave for me real account, my "slave" is level 82 enlighment, and I picked French, same now as my main, just because is the best for donating / receiving. I though about having a second different civ for fun, but don't quite see the point? I could never bring it to my main level, basically because I have already 500 million raided there, lol, lot of time, and I need quite a lot still to upgrade all walls...
So actually what's the point? Don't you think you could focus in one of your nations and develop it at full instead of the work of working on two?
