Council new councillors information icon

when you get new councillor, there is a red information icon next to each type. When you tap on the councillor type to see them, the red icon goes away.
Only that now and several days ago, this doesnt go away and it annoys me a lot (my OCD)

Glitch that was fixed but again there now I guess

nope it doesnt. I have stuck numbers when i have ZERO councillors in a certain type
