What bases can I spy?

I’ve missed the old man’s explanation and in-game help stopped at 7.0 patch. So please, can anyone tell me about spying limitations? In our current war I can spy only two bases - number 2 and number 13.

you can spy your opposite number base. if you are 2 you can spy 2. once you spied that base rest of your allies can see it.

so basically your no2 and 13 had done the research and spied on them so rest of you guys are able to see them.

the old man came one i completed the research. but i didn't care to see what he was telling.

You don’t need the wise man. Go to war screen and help section there. Chapter 12 and 13 should answer your questions.
