Sydney re-visited

Like many of you, when I reached Atomic Age, I chose Sydney as my wonder of choice due to the +1 peep.

However, now with all the extra houses given a few months back, I'm wondering if another Atomic Age wonder is better.

Space Needle comes to mind given the +10% university speedup.

Thoughts?

I have the Space Needle. Given that it can take several years to complete the university without any time reductions, the Space Needle is a huge help. With some museum artifacts, I’m now at -85% uni research time.

thanks ElonMusk... now i have a follow up question for you... I have an enigma machine which gives me -15% university research time. Just switched from Sydney to Space Needle for another -10%. My question is how to i go from -25% which I have now to your -85%?

Are there legendaries I need to accumulate? or is it as simple as rolling the right pottery/jewelry?

Edit: Enigma, Rover, and Buddha also give -15% Library research time.

You can get 30% off gold and food-based skills from Mansa and Hiawatha. parliament grants another 10%. Leo Capstone is 10%. Microprocessor in library is 5%. I run 4 artifacts, plus have Leo and the other buffs to get 85% time reduction on all research. Had Space needle until Leo was complete, which is another 10% reduction.

Just remember that you won't get higher than -85% time reduction, regardless of what you have.
