One of my alts was mostly restored - to about 2 days behind as well. But the crown balance was rolled back, and was not adjusted back up when the rest of the base was recovered. That is about 2000 crowns lost, a months worth of the new videos. I also lost 4 walls upgraded from 14-15 on sale.
I was given 1000 crowns; when I filed a followup report, I was given 500 more. When I objected that this still hadn't made up my crown loss, much less the wall resources, I was told I had been given what I could have, and the ticket was closed.
Refiled, and they said that was all they could do and closed the ticket again. I might make a new one, but it is just getting irritating. Someone else in my alliance had done a lot more in that time (gone cold war, changed nations) and none of that came back. He is filing with apple for a refund of recent purchases, because they still haven't fixed or acknowledged he lost more than 1000 crowns worth of progress.
Very poor customer support. I know they treat everyone poorly and give automated responses in general, but you would think they would be more responsive and helpful when there is a known, acknowledged and major issue on their end.
