Link to videos not working

Giday All
Since the last game update( where the snow etc was removed), ive not been able to access any of the video links for tokens, retrain troops, marco trades etc etc
I done the usual uninstall reinstall, ckear cache etc etc
Im using Android Samsung Galaxy A52
Issue only happended since last game update, Ive sent in a few " help requests" via the ingame form, but aparz from a few compensation crown, issue is not fixed

Lets be kind and let them few more months to ressolve it. All the time before it used to be like that, Black screen, 22seconds and reward. Easy Peasy....

You can hard reset the game by closing the app entirely and restarting it. The team is still tracking the cause to determine what other steps need to be taken if necessary.

@TheWise Do you know if this issue is related to the fact if we agreed to "ads consent status" or not?
I cannot remember if I agreed, but I could imagine that I did not. Maybe that's something the dev-team could check

With the hotfix currently rolling out (12.2.1) the team made it easier for video ads to succeed. Ultimately these ads are not under our control and are determined by Google, as such the issue may continue to persist after this fix. The team will continue to monitor this issue and make improvements as necessary.

My Ad settings cannot be touched from 12.1 Update. I haven’t agreed any Ad settings before because nothing appeared at my screen to do so. Still don’t understand your way of implementing game improvements.

12.0 working fine
12.1 screwed
12.2 screwed

My android account are working fine, haven’t agreed anything there too. Only my main account is affected. As always.... I don’t understand why some players have to play with such a handicap. No silly they don’t have to play at all!

Would be nice if you can remotely select consent for us who are affected with this? Obviously my IPad is not working with google related sh.t ... would be also nice if your CS is able to read and react to our tickets at least...

Saying team will continue to monitor and make improvements as necessary is not fulfilling me with optimism. This begin to be one big LoL.

If this is too much for the team to fix please Implement ad settings from 12.0 which was working fine. Thx

dont need to show external videos . just show 15 second automatic screen to give reward . this is simple way to resolve issue

I'd rather stare at a fixed image for 15 seconds than waste 30 on an irrelevant video that requires you to hit additional buttons in order to exit the ad!

yes . exaxtly for me too. in 12.0 vorking fine but in net updates dont work

the last version of game for me is 12.1320.1321 this is the last version in the google play. but i dont see 12.2 version

Yes. For me the video ads issue is persist and i cant see my meusum artifacts .when i click on artifact storage the game hang and stopped

Yes . Absolutely true.they forget this problem. dont need to play external video from google ads . just show 22 secont automation screen and give reward but they cant do this.
the second problem for me is museum . i cant go to artifact store . the game stop and close

thank you very much @TheWise . but why in 12.0 version of game the game show 22 second of automation screen and give rewards?

I realized in some phones the game work badly. cant zoom out properly and video ads dont work in this phones. i think the game
does not run correctly on some chipset of phones. like poco x5 or samsung galaxy A52. if you have this phones around you please test game on this phones to beter realize the issue.

Understood and thx for the update.
However, is there anything that we can try to get this solved? For example, to consent once again to ads/commercials, to change Sole settings in our Google / Apple Account etc.?

Would it be an option that your support resets our consent status and we consent once again?
