Jumps to nexon screen and restarts constantly.

Wondering how many people are having issues since last update. Android 5.0 Intel quad core 1.87 GHz baytrail graphics 2MB ram. Ever since the update dropping Android 4 support I have had serious stability issues but the last few days 7/1/18 the game has become unplayable. It jumps back to the nexon screen after 3 to 10 minutes of play. I have not completed a battle in two days, crashes every time.my tablet is fine everything else runs great. My ram is available everything that can be shut down is. Have played for two years on this device. It has to be a software issue. Support responds with form letter.

I have same problem.I only play less than 30 seconds then I got crash to jump back to the nexon screen. I playing in ipad pro 1st gen

I seem to have fixed it. Everytime I close dominations I go to app info hit force stop then clear cache. I noticed the cache just kept growing everytime I checked it. The cache was over 120MB. After clearing it's 12kb. As long as I keep doing this when I log off it's back to 100% reliability. Don't clear data just cache. Data might delete your base.

I found my problem. Since I active the second or the third layout editor I always get crash when I get in to the game. Now I move to the first layout, everytime I get in to the game the probelem never come again

So a few things on "Clear Data". Most of the important information on your account (exp, base design, real time upgrades etc) are kept on servers that Big Huge Games has. When you clear data, all that you are doing is clearing the information that allowed you access to the account (google play account sync with dn or ios gamecenter sync with dn).

Apps will want to keep storing information on your device to make it startup and overall run faster (cached data is faster than data stored in ram). If you were to clear data and log back into the game, all that data would be stored again because its saving your access to the account process, making it faster for the next time. The only way to truly remove all the data that the game takes is to uninstall the game and not reinstall it. Thats a permanent solution!

TL DR ; No, Clearing Data wont delete your base, but it will clear your google/ios account sync to the game.
