Game stopped loading

Sunday Apr. 26 about 7 PM (central) my game screen goes black after initial Nexon logo and does not let me in. I still get messages on my phone that I have been attacked but can't do anything.
I am considering removing the app and installing it again but I guess I will lose all that I have done in the game... True? Any ideas what I can do to get back in my game? Contacted support (twice) and except auto response "we will get back with you", nothing has happened...

1. Logged into Game Centre if playing on iOS
or
2. Logged into Google+ if playing on Android.
