Chat unavailable

Have an I -Pad player that can only see speed up requests in chat.. He is also unable to chat or request troops, keeps getting "chat unavailable" when he tries... This has been going on 9 days without a response from support.. Anyone else have this problem or know of a team-mate with this issue?

I have issues with this for more than a month on cell phone (IOS). Cannot use the chat at all, cannot donate or recieve troops. Only speed up works on my alliance, no fix has been unveiled.

Bumping this thread! Same issue for the last year and still not resolved!
