Can't login into the Dominations mobile

Hello game developers, I am unable to login into my mobile dominations game app since this morning. Whenever I am trying to open the game from my mobile it says that this email id is not registrered with the dominationsworld but my account is already registered. When I am trying to recover the password it says I have to confirm the email. How do I confirm the email. I have raised a in game ticket and my Conversation ID: #76252. Kindly look into this matter please.

@Harlems369th please look into this matter. i am losing access to all my bases through pc and mobile. I cant login into the game. I have shared all my details through the above mentioned conversation ID. Whenever I am trying to do password recovery, it is saying "Please confirm your email address" how do I confirm my email address. It is already with you.
