4+ days now, multiple tickets opened, all of them closed or ignored by support.

Two accounts can login, but my 430 Auto Age base cannot login on any device or network. Nothing works.

I am the Leader of a clan, and have NO way to get into my account. I've missed 2 wars, one which I was in and missed both attacks. We lost.

Are we going to be compensated for this? Should I just delete the game and walk away?

Who knows! BHG doesn't give a crap.

I am facing similar issues, this is a joke, after the update , the error messages keep going on and on, will not let me login ,

I hear ya. They closed my ticket with no help. Didn't even know there were others with the issue. Thought I was just losing my account. This is bad... 4 days now, missed two wars... They finally responded 10 hours ago with a statement that they are aware of this issue. Then closed my ticket. [shrugs] I really want to stay with this game, but they are making it very hard to do so.

I wonder when they will fix this new library bookcase BUG issue? As long as this problem is not fixed, new victims of the program crash will appear.

I was speeding up the new library bookcase using speedups and next minute the error message appear and ever since I could not login , it has been 3 days plus now.. I spend so much time building the account, money even, it is unfair to be locked out like this

i tried to use crowns to finnish upgrading my castle, it logged me out every time.

now my trap finished upgrading and now i also cannot log in any more.. "Network connectivity issues"

It's only been 3-4 days, things like this takes weeks.
With virtually zero communication. In fact, they released a news item in the inbox this morning, but couldn't post anything about all the people locked out of a game that they've spent money to play? Not an update or a "hey, we're thinking about you"... nothing. Just trying to get more $$$

Hello,

We're aware of the situation with folks being unable to login, it's also tied to the crown loss that players are noticing. After some research, this is caused by the newest Library Bookcase if studied. When speeding up an upgrade with the new library bookcase the game believes that there is more time than there actually is and crashes the game. When the upgrade completes itself naturally you'll be able to log back into the game, which is NOT ideal. A fix for the issue should be rolling out soon.

We've also noticed that this can happen for players with the reduced wonder build times, if you run into this issue please reach out to our CS Team, we are tracking these reports. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we'll update as more information becomes available via forum notification (as we noted for the crown loss) and our social pages.

We fixed the issue as of this afternoon, be sure to reach out to the CS Team and they can help restore your lost crowns.
They sure did... I had at least 900 crowns... but they gave me 800 crowns. So, I only lost 100 crowns for all of this enjoyment. Wondering if my acccount had been deleted for 4 days, with NOBODY answering ANY questions. Missed two full wars, with missed attacks and a loss. Yeah, thanks for nothing BHG.

400 crowns for my troubles... keep em!!! It seems like BHG needs the crowns more than I do...

What a pathetic company and a pathetic way to treat your paying customers who have been part of your stupid game for over years.

Chalk up another dead Automation base and a lost long term customer.

I advise everyone else reassess their priorities, because you should know that you are NOT one to BHG.
