Not receiving DomiNations World account ‘Forgot Password’ emails

After the update this morning, I cannot log into my DomiNations World account; my email address & password are not working, and when I request a “Forgot Password’ request, I get nothing in my email, including the spam folder. I've tried a couple of times today & now I get the following message when I try to log in: “This email needs to be verified before login can continue. Please check your email program for the verification email, and click the link within. Then please return and log in again.” & still, no email arrives. I signed up for a DomiNations World account at the start of the year & my game has been linked ever since.

Ah I see. No, it says the email and password are not recognized however if I go to create an account with the same email it say the email is already associated with an account and to try again with the proper password. This is originally why I was attempting to reset the password.
Ok and just so I’m clear when you try to use your DW credentials to login using the fields in the attached screenshot, you get the “already associated” notification?

If so, then I need to have an engineer look into it. Something definitely got wonky if your DW creds don’t work here but they do on the DW website

@EgisPhalanx no that error was in reference to logging in on the web with the SIWA associated email
at first it would give this:

then if I tried to make an account with the same email it would give this

Now while attempting to answer your question about the device login/account creation instead of the web version, I somehow was able to create a new DW account with the SIWA associated email of my main account. The same one the DW web was not letting me create an account with bc it was already associated. The new account is not in any way tied to the SIWA DW account other than sharing an email and bases from either are not cross-accessible.

In summery bc this is all a bit convoluted now.
Through all the troubleshooting I attempted somehow I ended up with two separate DW accounts tied to the same email, one through SIWA one through direct address.
