BHG can't possible give out account information to the public since it would violate their own TOS. So unless they change their TOS, they won't ever publicly list accounts that get any type of punitive measures.

They don’t necessarily have to give out account information. Perhaps something similar to what happened back in 2018 with the matrix glitch. They penalised the players and tagged them with “Leader” or “No Hope”. This may not bother some, but the potential humiliation might stem some of the behaviour. It seemed to me back then, with with Josh Macklin as VIP manager, BHG started heading in the right direction by being a bit more proactive and communicative regarding such issues. It’s a shame they lost that traction.

If companies want to send signs they will find solutions. If they dont do anything for customer satisfaction this is a sign too. Tho a nice post to add to reports for Apple, thx for that.

I learned today of a particular Drone Age player who's favorite aspect of the game is crafting artifacts. He also plays the lottery and said 'crafting' gives a similar "endorphin rush."

Since he has all the research done to craft 3 star artifacts, and also raids regularly, he had everything necessary to build his frags and blues over the past several months to "filled capacity." While never using the "bot exploit for crafting," this player received a 14 ban which was then turned into a permanent ban after 7 years of game play and level 14 VIP status.

I'm wagering the "investigation" was more a research into blues/frags quantity, and trolled a dedicated, active, and spending player into the net.

Does BHG have any official statement on this?

My guess is that player lied to you. And has cheated multiple times in the past.

It is not right for Shamal to accuse someone based on suspicion. I can definitely tell you that sometimes mistakes happen (it has happened in the past).Although rarely.
However, we must emphasize that in re-checking, if it occurs, it will be corrected. Not differ if player be vip or not.
However, I have to say that there are still problems with the support, and sometimes one player gets another chance many times, and another is permanently restricted without warning for the smallest violation.(However, this does not mean that the violation is big or small).
The problem is that for a long time, most of the posts have been dedicated only to this issue. There are a limited number of players who only seek to eliminate competitors and do not try to improve.
Instead of expecting and asking for the game to improve and new things to be added, we are only asking for the removal of players. This is unfortunate. Whether you like it or not.

Many players from great alliances are in this forum. Check to know: How many if them have submitted an idea for change game more attractive? Or how many ot them recorded a useful article. Or even a blank thanks to the most attractive game makers in this style.
The most important thing you see is request is to remove players or apply stronger defenses at 500%

I certainly do not blame you or anyone else. My words include some players. A general summary. About all of us.
My effort is that the posts should improve the game and that the players consider the entertainment aspect and not get too involved in marginal issues.

It’s their job to deliver professionell work. They shown often enough they can’t. Tho if you like your moralistic approach start to put people in your individual categories. I will come back if I have finished laughing about your idea.

I have always avoided negativity. Since I was very interested in this game, I wanted the players to play together in a calm and friendly atmosphere. The efforts I made for this game, if not more than a company work method, are not less. That's why I tried to find positive things most of the time. Many may not know you, but I know very well that several alliances and dozens of players were banned from the game with your right and wrong reports. I even know that the support does not give you proper service because of your unnecessary spams. But now I agree with you on one thing, and that is the game's support for cheaters. In the "server" issue, you might think that the issue has been resolved by banning several players from the Ares alliance and some other alliances. But the reality is something else. If you want to know the number of healthy players in the top 100, there are less than a 200 people. I will prepare a clip for you and for players who want to know how the game is planned, it will open the ways of cheating to screw you. What I will say (I remember you wanted your money back. It certainly wasn't possible at the time, but with the information I will give you, not just you, everyone will be able to receive their damages. I left the game, but I will help you not to lose money abd time . In a video, I will tell you all the records of the hundred alliances and the planning of the employees to deceive the players. I know your account. I will send a message on line.(in discord it will remove surely.so we create a group on line.all players can join.even cheaters.it will be wonderfull news).

You are to generic, the community wants to see blood, much blood. Butcher all cheating alliances, send then back to nowhere by glory decay plus perks and parliaments removement. Players like Borg, Gma, Ezekiel, War Socks, Ezekiel must be eliminated.

Sounds like a dream come true . As stated already numerous times by several players, it’s disheartening amongst many other things seeing cheaters get away with our glory , with having better museums by way of using exploits, external servers , 3rd party services , etc. And it’s disgusting seeing that after 8 years of supporting your app and putting food on your guy’s tables , that you won’t do anything to protect our investments . So hopefully, keeping fingers crossed , knock on wood , you will indeed take swift severe action against cheaters. I say Ban permanently as taking away their resources etc won’t solve the issue and they will simply find a way to keep on cheating and make a comeback. They are a disease that needs to be expunged from the game from the community. Actions speak louder than words . When your team is done dealing with this matter , I would be delighted to provide all sorts of information to you via whatever form of communication is the most convenient for BGH . And that would be regarding Panda Legion using some sort of new server that basically gives their entire team the ability to have 10 aviation space and to use 3 paratroopers in conjunction with 3 or 4 Kahn’s, without Eisenhowers. Their leader GoodWin is involved directly on this and has acknowledged publicly he has cheated before and gotten away with it .
