id like it if you could put more people in a leader.

ie: one leader has 3 topics in research we can dump our people and resources into all 3 instead of doing it one at a time.

Just sounds like a another ask for reduction for uni. This already happen by them reducing requirements on troops on things such as hunting. Be grateful they did that and other reductions any further reduction is just going hurt their profits and the game.

No more hand out or reductions are needed.

I disagree. The game is still huge. University and armory are big bottlenecks.
Adding a third armory slot and reducing the overall research time by 20% would help newcomers without giving too much.

You still need to earn something in this game any further reducing times is bad for game and makes people who actually spend to stop spending.

I would get on board with this - or even a 3rd armory slot - but for people with 4 or more accounts.
Lots of veterans have multi accounts, this would be a nice gift as part of the 10yr celebration.
