VIP lvl 14 and sick of bugs

As title says, I have a VIP level 14. I'm sick to the teeth at this point of the utter absurdity of the current situation.

A month of this unbelievable bug haunting us and making the game unplayable for us and stil no fix, and only barely a vague empty words of the game being aware of the 'issue'.

We can't really play the game, haven't been able to for a full month now. And you keep posting crap about defensive stats and discount 'events' blah rubbish blah. Is this a deflection technique so the biggest issue gets swept under the carpet?

We lose troops, generals, tactics, planes and mercenaries. Do you know what this means? We can't actually play. How long would all of that take to train from scratch? Oh, and good luck if you have an Airstrip and/or factory being upgraded, then you're totally screwed ( like myself). What about not being able to fully participate in the monthly event? Oh, and what about the cost of mercenaries? And as all upgrades take so long, vast majority of players don't have free workers to get more materials for mercenaries, as we have all workers doing upgrades or doing uni work.

Seriously guys, get your act together.

This is not a threat ( as I'm only one player ) but I'm not gonna spend a single cent on the game and so very close to the point of simply calling it a day and quitting the game.

I am VIP 9. I share the same feeling.
I feel tremendous pain knowing the potential this game would have if it weren't for all the bugs and glitches that have dragged on unresolved since its inception.
I'm sure the company has good professionals, but maybe its managers aren't that good.
The game has always lacked solutions and quick adaptations to failures and unforeseen events. Somewhere there is immense incompetence.
I say this with great sadness, because I love the game and it could be on the same level as the biggest games in this segment.
It's unfortunate.
It's embarassing.
The saddest thing is that there are so many flaws, that if they manage to repair the main current problem, complaints about other flaws will continue, because there are many, many that over time and with their accumulation, discourages any less passionate player and with that the game loses.
They will always be just the same lovers, but already disillusioned.
Instead of getting resources through players spending in their stores, they will put another dozen paid advertisements in videos to cover the hole in the budget until the day they no longer have a solid player base.

VIP 14 don’t care about the crowns to speed up a factory upgrade and definitely not on the crowns for speeding up troop training.

I don't know him and it would be unfortunate if he actually lied about it. But I identified with the situation he mentioned about the current status of the game.

First my english is not my native language. So if I write some mistakes don't bother with that.
Lot's of players with more knowledge than you already posted what are problem in game and nobody started with his vip status.
You must be player who want to be vip 14 but boy, sell a house and invest in game and you will be vip 14.
On other way nobody care for your vip status so if you have something clever to say in real world you can.
Your dreams keep for yourself.

The game is BROKEN for those of us who use(d) Instant Retrain Blessings to raid and accumulate enough resources to keep our workers busy.

THAT is the issue here.

All of us when complaining to BHG get answer to not use IRB until they fix.
I am playing like before, without it and don't have problem anymore.
So be patient and wait they will fix.

If you active 3 blessing with IRB, and spend 86 crowns for each attack,you can play game.but without generlas.for having generals in each attack you must pay 200 crowns.

Fwiw, your VIP level and commensurate mentality of entitlement is irrelevant. EVERYONE wants the bugs fixed.
It should be an automatic priority for BHG to provide to ALL their customers.

I totally agree with Rafar.
The disappointment of the players is more because this game could be unique without any competitors. This game has many features and definitely has a very good team.
If it is not seen as it deserves or the problems are not solved simply and quickly, it is a sign of poor management.
That in this game you can only attack once a day without spending crowns is really ridiculous.

The simplest and worst solution was that until the problem was solved, the time to retrain all the troops would be reduced, especially the tactics and the generals. But when even such a thing is not done, it means that there is no decision to solve the problem.
And this causes discouragement and pessimism. As I personally think the problem of losing troops is doubtful

Because some people feel the need to preach and disagree for the sake of it, without actually understanding what the points discussed are. If you look at that particular person's comment history, you'd notice they try to comment for the sake of commenting, probably

In my alliance and the other two alliances of my freunds, nothing has been started for a month(ww or upgrading or even players left gane and play anither game). With this question; How you didn't play before IRB, you show that you have no understanding of the problem. Because the problem is not only IRB, the problem is that if you attack in ww or multi, the game will stop and all the troops will be destroyed. All of them. Did you understand? Before you only lost a few troops or tactics, but now all of them.(even generals for a day). Even if you don't have any casualties. Add to that the game is interrupted and the loot is not added.
Be patient. Your words are very funny. I think you are happy that some opponents cannot participate in the war. Because even the support of the game knows that they should not say such things after a month. They didn't even temporarily reduce the time to build forces. Why? Because there are many like you. Irresponsible and looking for hits.

I am not attacting anyone here.
I had problem with loosing all troops and several time complained to BHG and got answer to avoid using IRB.
I also avoid asking for building speedups from teammates and after that no problem with yellow circle.
Vip retrain and video retrain I am keeping for war and nobody in team have problem if they don't use IRB. If they use they have.
So like I sad already play like you played before IRB and wait they fix this.
I also hope they will fix it soon.
