Base banned after using a huge amount of crowns from a Tapjoy offer

Hello, I am “Benotti” from the alliance “Neustädter”. I have noticed that my base has been banned and my level has been downgraded. I earned about 230,000 crowns via a Tapjoy offer (game: Age of Apes) and used them to expand my base. It was an offer with four times the amount of crowns. As a result, I gained a lot of levels in a short time, but I did not cheat. Please unlock the base and restore the buildings (drone age, level 351). I am an honest player and have invested over 3 weeks and 30 euros in “Age of Apes”. Right now I am deeply disappointed and angry about DomiNations and the sudden ban of my base.
I have already written to support about the problem, but they are sticking to their decision, even though I have added screenshots to prove where the crowns are coming from.

Hey... welcome to the forum and I am sorry to hear about the crown issue.

But the reason for my reply is to suggest you delete some of the info you supplied, above.
I wouldn't give out my Player ID in the forum... if someone wanted to mess with your account you've given them just about all the info they'd need to do that.

Hello, thank you for this advice. I just deleted the user ID but I think the rest (player name, alliance name) should be fine.

Update: After further contact with support, they were able to solve the problem. They reinstated the ban and restored the base. Furthermore, they gave me 200 crowns as compensation.
