University speedup tips

Hello everyone. I am a gunpowder age player(on and off) and i have saved up a good amount of speed ups as well as crowns from before the terrible council rework. I know the building and library times have been slashed recently so I want to spend my crowns on the uni to speed up the tedious grind. Which leader should i spend them for?

I think da vinci and sejong are good as they help reduce citizens and time for the uni as a whole and hannibal as he gives a strong general on completion. All suggestions are welcome.

In general, I would save crowns for reroll. You'll need them in both the museum and the Council.

If the choice is only between the leaders mentioned, then probably da vinci; Uni consumes much more time overall than the library, so the one worker less is more important than the time saved by sejong.
I would still research Hiawatha and Musa first, at least until the 30% time reduction has been unlocked.
