There's still plenty of growing that they can do with 20+ levels of fighter planes, 7 levels of heavy tanks, and 1-1/2 years of university upgrades. And I'm not suggesting handing a new player a maxed out CWA base. I'm just saying that we need more Global and AA players that aren't exhausted from trying to play catch up for 3 years. I want new players in the fight within 3-6 months. Someone who is handed a maxed out Global Age base on the cusp of starting Atomic Age has tons of stuff to learn and build still.

Manifesto - just wanted to get the word out that the IOS version is out. didn't do much. i'm cold war 243. started upgrading a 2nd airstrip with no problems.
