Retrain troops formation gets lost if not immediately used after battle

Since the space age update, when coming from a multiplayer battle, the retrain formation and hence the option to retrain by watching an ad gets lost if retrain is not used immediately. If you close that retrain dialogue and then want to use it later, it's not available anymore and your troop formation is lost.

this has only happened to me when i was upgrading buildings that would normally be required to retrain a lost troop. if i cant retrain a unit by normal means, then i only get one chance to retrain that unit. which is still a very good bug in the player’s favor, just weakened a bit since the update. if they fix this bug completely, you will lose even that one chance to retrain.

edit: tested and saw that this also happens if you have two airstrips and you are upgrading your second one, in which case it’s not as severe as losing that one chance to retrain at all, but more like losing that one chance to make retraining go faster. still, this is a good bug that just wasnt fixed completely and i wish tin soldier wont relay this to the team

I could confirm that! TinSoldier this needs a priority fix too. Actually this bug has been around for some time and getting worse (and noticeable) after SA release when we were given second airstrip. In the past, people didn't upgrade airstrip massively, but now it's more noticeable cause we're all upgrading . Sent complaint to Support already.

if they fix this bug you lose the ability to train from buildings while they upgrade. that is what you really want?

I'm torn cause I benefit from those good bugs too, yeah true good bugs are enjoyable, but it's better to be bug-less for a better gameplay pckrn

Sorry, I just posted about this too - it's happened to me FIVE times... so annoying!
