as you go up on ages, building/research tech make things go fasterand cheaper but it isnt shown in game.
to somewhat remedy or show this the blacksmith,university and library should have a small percentage modifier to show this (like in game of war fire age style)
so blacksmith and library and university start with a 10% deduction to time and cost and additional upgrades increase the multiplier by 1% eachtime.
