Today i bought a 6500 crown pack but i didn't receive my crowns. I contacted support but i didn't get any reply as of now. Will they even see my email?

Did you contact them via the in-game feature? Settings > Customer Service > Report Issue

When I last contacted them, it took nearly 24 hours to receive a response.

It has been over 24 hours but still no response. What am i supposed to do. Let them just take my money? This is stealing. Is it that hard to refund a paying player?
