I complete offers regularly and under my Reward Status page, all my completed and ongoing offers have suddenly disappeared.
I am a few days away from completing a 4x offer that I took at the end of May that will award me 77,000+ crowns.
I've contacted the general Tapjoy customer service since I can't contact CS support through a blank Reward Status page. I also just contacted Dominations Customer Support too.
Has this happened to anyone? And if so, any insight or idea if I still have a chance of receiving my soon to be completed offer reward?
This is infuriating as I spent real money to help me complete this offer.
