unless you feel sending 4 workers out for 3 days to get 2 diamonds is a good deal, don't do it

Level 4 and maybe level 5 can be justified, but after that, the times are too long for about the same rewards as you get for lower levels

I wouldn't say the rewards are the same - you do at least get higher age armies for the higher level docks. I would never bother with it at level 4, because the armies on offer are medieval age. On the other hand, I would never bother with it at levels higher than 4 because the better armies take more workers for more time. There is always something for my workers to do - university, here we come.

Euh, the power plant is a completely different topic then the dock and unrelated to this event. Disregarding that, the power plant has nothing to dislike: It pimps your resource production, that's it.
