Make Satellite Scan retrain with Instant Retrain

I would like to request that the Space Shuttle’s Satellite Scan be renewed with Instant Retrain (either while the blessing is running or you watch a video for it) because when I use my once-daily Satellite Scan in my first World War battle of the day, it’s then not available for me to use in my second World War battle…even though I have watched a video to instant retrain everything.

Most only use it for war, and as such, have wonder war tactics available for both war attacks. Sure it gets tricky if making war attacks at the very end of a war but it's usually possible. Space Needle is nice to have as a "just in case" reset wonder option for times like accidentely deploying them in multiplayer, or doing late war attacks with short followup war spins along with not logging in at exactly the time it becomes available again.

If you collect it and then don’t use it, another one will become available at the space shuttle. You can then collect it between attacks for use in the second attack.

Sounds like you are just wasting yours on MP attacks.

IMHO a better idea would be this: keep the system as is _but_ make it available for 100% of war attacks. So one could, essentially, use it once daily in multiplayer and for every war attack without worry. That'd be a QoL update; eliminating all stress of lacking wonder war tactics for war attacks.
