instant retrain glitch

sometimes, after having donated certain troops to people in my alliance, for instance, I donated someone bazookas, whenever I go to use my instant retrain blessing to retrain them, it will tell me that I can’t because there is not a troop space available, despite their definitely being troop space available

Yeah this is annoying. I've read somewhere that if you manually train a troop (or several) it allows you to use the instant retrain.
Otherwise you end up manually retraining all. (usually my experience)

I notice this only when an army building is upgrading. I found a small workaround last time it happened to me. I would train my army 1 small. (Leave off on infantry filler if you have them). Retrain seemed to work fine when I did that

I've had this problem for weeks now...
Contacted CS and they were predictably useless... sorry to say but it's true....

Hopefully this can be fixed in a (near) future update... my reputation in my alliance is suffering because of my inability to donate as I once did.

I'm having the same problem and I'm no upgrading any army buildings.
