I am furious with the way you deal with your players.
First and foremost, let me explain that LRR is being used when you are offline and when other players attack you. That way, when you login, you find your defence log slowly but steadily getting filled with a portion of what was being stolen from you and a bit of crowns. Now, why you may ask do we use this?
Because we create a nice big stash of resources for when we really need it! For example when we want to max an artifact NOW or when we need to upgrade something really expensive many times (like a unit or general or a new directive).
And now that we established that... I found out that my defence log and hence ALL my LRR earnings (hundreds of millions of gold/food, hundreds of thousands of oil and lots of crowns) were completely gone the day I needed them to upgrade my Drone Command and the new directives!!!
And as a good player, I try to find my reason with customer support. Only that customer support doesnt see anything bad or weird going on..... and the update said NOTHING about resetting our defence log nor did it reset the defence log for all my accounts. So, we are just being fed lies.
