Demand for Full Refund Due to Deceptive Changes

To Whom It May Concern,

I am formally demanding a full refund for all purchases made on this game. The planned changes to the museum constitute a deliberate and material alteration to a paid feature, rendering previous investments amounting to thousands of dollars void and valueless. This is not only unethical but meets the legal definition of deceptive business practices and could be pursued as fraud.

I have made these purchases in good faith to secure advantages that were explicitly offered at the time of transaction. Retrofitting or devaluing these benefits after the fact is a violation of consumer trust and potentially a breach of contract. If not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this matter through legal channels.

I am a member of the Ctrl Alt Exiles alliance. You may revoke or strip any in-game assets associated with my account if needed, but I expect a full monetary refund of every dollar spent. Attached is a screenshot of a public statement made by your community manager, which may serve as supporting evidence should this issue advance to legal review.

I expect a prompt response and resolution.

I request all money spent in the museum on the false premises of a working code to be returned to all 7 of my accounts. If not I will seek legal council and sue you for false advertising.

I am 100% in agreement with Tobias. This completely negates just about all our efforts to crafting artifacts and building museums Up to this point. is extremely disappointing that BHG decides to go this route on top of all the other recent museum changes which I also feel are negative changes , especially a showcase for ALL artifacts. Honestly I feel 5-10 artys in a showcase would be a fine change, but all 54 …imo is just a money grab and you won’t be getting any of my money anymore .👎👿

It’s illegal in almost every country and falls under deceptive advertising. It’s not about a lawyer, it’s done through iTunes and Google play. I personally have had a customer support ticket many years ago when I was new asking for a crown reimbursement because I was unaware that you couldn’t have more than 2 lines of the same troop name. Customer service responded to me and told me that it wasn’t their fault I didn’t know we couldn’t reroll for more than 2 lines and wouldn’t reimburse crowns. My question is why has customer supports stance changed on it from back then to now?

This is bad real bad. I suggest anyone on Apple or Android App Store to complain to the App Store also. Enough complaints they investigate or remove game from their stores.

I would also further suggest removal of Harlems for lying openly in forums and completely attacking players that stated the truth and now gives a half arse apology. Step down we can’t and won’t ever trust you again. Liar Shame Liar Shame
