To Whom It May Concern,
I am formally demanding a full refund for all purchases made on this game. The planned changes to the museum constitute a deliberate and material alteration to a paid feature, rendering previous investments amounting to thousands of dollars void and valueless. This is not only unethical but meets the legal definition of deceptive business practices and could be pursued as fraud.
I have made these purchases in good faith to secure advantages that were explicitly offered at the time of transaction. Retrofitting or devaluing these benefits after the fact is a violation of consumer trust and potentially a breach of contract. If not resolved appropriately, I am prepared to escalate this matter through legal channels.
I am a member of the Ctrl Alt Exiles alliance. You may revoke or strip any in-game assets associated with my account if needed, but I expect a full monetary refund of every dollar spent. Attached is a screenshot of a public statement made by your community manager, which may serve as supporting evidence should this issue advance to legal review.
I expect a prompt response and resolution.
