Got permanent banned for not plaing!

Now I have to log into my account to prepare for the war. I saw that I have received a permanent banned message. I have not been able to play for the last one to two months due to the game crashing problem and the instant blessing problem. In fact, after 5 or 6 weeks, yesterday was the first war. I participated. And I have a defensive account. I sit and get beaten. I didn't have any upgrade or purchase to say that there might have been a mistake or violation. Contacting the support, which we all know, is ineffective. Is there anyone here who can help me? Can my problem be solved so that I don't lose the war?

No one is banned by mistake, and if it was so, the protest would be handled. While these posts remain unanswered in the forum and game. But in general, there are two reasons why you will be banned.
1- You have violated.
2-You are unactive free player.specially if you play asia version.

Not unactive at all.I used 6-7 retrain blessing in last month ,But I was only able to 2 attack for each blessing.so I have not any upgraded.but I visited daily ad and sometimes donit for parlement by caravans resource.
I did not had any violated.but yes,I'm not VIP player.
