Error trying to finish University skills early

I'm Greek, which allows finishing stuff early, when less than 40 minutes remaining. I built the University and started my first skill yesterday.
It has reached under 40 and the button to finish early for free is showing.
But everytime I click it, it says that there is an Internet Connectivity error, and then the game reboots.
I km in there is not an actual connectivity issue, because everything else both in the game and outside the game works fine.
Looks like a bug.

Still happening today.Tried a different leader this time, but the game still pops the Network Error message, the restarts the app. Also I wanted to add that I have tried the button from the base screen, clicking on the University, and I also tried going into the University, and clicking the button in there. Both have the same result.
