Donated troop won't come!

It's a really annoying and frustrating bugs!
When you have only about 30 min before going to war. You press a request button and exit the game.
Messaged in discord for HT mk11 for member to fill it. AND THEY DID (TWICE).

When you are ready to attack, open dominations and wait literally 20 over min. Troops has yet to coming.
OK. it's quite normal. re-request and exit again.

When you are ready to attack AGAIN, wait again for more than 20 min. TROOPS STILL NOT COMING (request chat has disappeared. Meaning our request has been filled in).
IT'S NOT OK. I AM FRUSTRATED.

Please BHG Leviathan Ayo . FIX THIS BUG. It has been here when you release INFO AGE.

This is being experienced by my entire alliance. In the last war My 'troops receive' was over 1,000 troops just to get 2 deliveries of war donations. All of the active players in the alliance are experiencing it.

We've upped our donations to others by 3-4 times to get players enough troops to go into battles.

The offset for this negative effect is that it seems to be happening to our opponents as well.
