Game is frozen - lost a week (!) of upgrades in the Armory

Lately the game freezes very often, especially when switching from the background. It's annoying. But more fatal events occur due to the game freezing.

But then a freeze happened, which led to a week (!) of time lost on upgrading in the Armory. I was upgrading plane Veteran Fighter 2 to Veteran Fighter 3. The upgrade ended. I opened the upgrade information, and then the game froze. After restarting the game, I found that I still had Veteran Fighter 2. I didn't wait another week, I upgraded it for crowns. Now I've started upgrading to Veteran Fighter 4.

Please sort out the problem! This is some kind of mess in the game! Not only are the waits so long, but they are also easily lost. My game ID number is listed in my forum profile. I hope you keep event logs for players. Please either compensate me for the crowns I spent or upgrade the Veteran Fighter 4 to the next level in the armory, minus the time I spent. A week of time wasted - this is no joke!

I have done all your recommendations to improve the situation - cleared the cache, all data, reinstalled the game - nothing has changed.

Please show respect to the players - sort out the issue.

I contacted to the chat in the game (technical support) - described my problem - they solved the issue very quickly - returned the spent crowns.
