I am in same position, uninstalled/reinstalled and now my account gone! Sick of it

Greetings Leaders,

Hotfix 11.2.6 is starting to roll out live! This hotfix includes fixes for players that were unable to save/edit their map layouts.

Additionally, we’re implementing a pretty substantial update on the backend to fix those network stability issues. With this new update we expect to cover a large amount of those impacted by the PvP Network stability issues. However, we’re still investigating additional network fixes to be implemented.

Please help us retrieve our accounts. This seems not right at all. After this the bug and fix you did, I suffer and lost my village and got replace with a new one after logging in to my google account. I would understand the disconnections but this?? Losing my village, thats not gonna be right at all.

Same over here as well. Since yesterday evening, can’t login. Ticket opened at support. Zero reaction.

I can't log in. Wrote to support from my secondary account and told them I couldn't log in. Their response was, "Can you send a screenshot of the issue?" Um...NO!

Today's issue is due to friendly challenges; either one must wait until they fix the bug, or wait until the friendly challenge expires (it takes 24h to expire from start to finish). In the meantime, don't post or use friendly challenges.
