Ya, working on it for 3 weeks now tje issue happens even without

Issue happens with or without blessing. It impacts any form of retrain, VIP retrain, video retrain, blessing retrain.

I had a Retrain blocked earlier, because the list included a Troop Tactic (Zero).

Please work on the retrain. Because now even with a 24hour retrain blessing, it won't let me instant retrain. I've been playing since the beginning (i wont delete game), but hope you get the fix soon. Btw im on Android.

Any update on the ETA of the fix? Just asking as CS is not answering. I thought the instruction on the top of the thread (Reach out to CS if you are still experiencing the trouble with IR) was supposed to get some sort of support. Seems the CS is overwhelmed for a week now, with too many higher level (VIP) customers to deal with…

As leaderof my alliance i have to say....I have half my guys in my alliance NOT able to log in or complete their attacks in WW with these circles trying to reload over and over...and the only way to turn it off is by reboot ?? Unfair and we get rewarded with crowns...kaaaMon... and we lose all our troops and training time whatever...Fix this please.....we have hope...KILL!!!!

It's ridiculous if we think that they don't know where the problem comes from. In the last update, nothing was added to the game that caused this problem. The events were there before the update. If the server resources are not enough, the events could be deleted. If It is added in the programming, everything can be returned to the state before the update, but when the problem still persists after two weeks, it means that there is no decision to fix it.
However, you can post for days and times. It does not affect the process of solving the problem. What I imagine is that a programmer, late at night After work, he looks at the codes for an hour and decides to look more closely the next day if he has a chance.
Be patient. To fix a software problem,one month not a long time. Of course, in Big Bug game.
