Defending Heavy Tanks

Why was the decision put forth to allow for invincible Heavy Tanks? My max CWA Heavy Tanks barely stand a chance against MK 6 heavy tanks now!!! I’ve invested so much time and oil into my tanks, so that on OFFENCE they have the upper hand. What a f***ing waste of time that was.

So there's nothing you can do about it, is that what you're saying?
While l maintain the whole premise behind the ''rebalances'' is obtuse and a blatant money grab, there's still things you can do about specific changes. Stop and think about your options.

Manifesto Thats besides the point. I could understand a maxed CWA heavy tank (HT) going toe to toe with another Max HT of the same level and having an outcome favor the defending tank, as it doesn’t have fighter support. But to have a lower age tank make a mockery out of my maxed CWA (fully researched as wel) is completely absurd!

Won't you like it if your defending HT's destroy enemy's HT also? I'm confused. Personally I would love it. At least nobody would bully me with HT's anymore

I don't care that much what my HTs do to the enemy. I play this game to attack, defending is what happens when I am not playing. So I don't like changes that result in my being able to attack much less often.

Sure. The game can be made easier by playing at low medals, and harder by playing at high medals. The changes to multiplayer have basically encouraged a lot more abandoned base raiding and medal dropping, and a lot more hitting next base. Not an improvement - I could make the game as hard as I wanted before by medal climbing.

The last days, I am being bored to death by hitting next button. But at least, I can attack multiple times in a row for ntg and diamonds farming.
My main army composition is : 3 APC, 9 machine guns, 4 bazookas, 5 HA, 2 engineers, 1 supply truck and the rest foot soldiers. It isn't the best combo BUT it proves effective up to low-mid atomic bases (~170-210 level). I use 1-2 tactics (2 betrayal which prove to be effective) per battle and have minimal losses.

yemen Oh well, I've always been a medal dropper, so I could understand that it would be harder for high medal players. Aside of the fact that this rebalance is a profit making strategy (that I couldn't understand), I would think that to cope with this rebalance we must get out of our comfort zone

I have adapted. My main climbed to dynasty- there are a lot fewer people fighting for it now, it was much easier than the last time I did this, even though bases were tougher. My alts sit abandoned, and I haven't warred in a while now.

Free video retrain gets me two free all out shots per day, and then I can do another attack or snipe. 4 attacks per day does me now. But it adds up to less in game activity, not sure how that can be good for Nexon.

Off the top of my head: use planes, Betrayal, decoy (it still works), change to British.
I dislike the ''rebalance'' as much as anyone but I'm beyond arguing about it.
As l said, no matter how f*cked up the HT defender stats are, this sh!t is here to stay. We'd better get used to it.

No Angel , yes we all love having a base that can successfully defend our stuff. Yet my CW and Global bases are tough enough. I really didn't need defender strengths doubled.
A small increase like 30% would've been acceptable, but 100%?
In what universe is a defending troop automatically twice as strong as the same attacking troop?
Only in the Domiverse it would seem.

yemen Yeah I'm sure it has decreased online/playing frequency, I even think some players are more active here (to whine or bîtch ) rather than playing.
Personally I would wait until game devs have finished their rebalance. It seems normal from their side, I think
