Cannot purchase offensive drone

I can't purchase an Offensive Drone even though I have enough space. As the screenshot shows:

1. In the Drone command, I have Troop Capacity 0/1
2. The error message says "There is insufficient space for this unit! Offensive Drone requires 1 troop space."

Some other things I checked:

1. I have much more than the 5,000 oil needed to purchase the drone.
2. I removed a barracks unit, in case it checks the barracks capacity instead of the drone capacity, but that didn't solve the issue.

This problem has been around for a long time, and I often see players reacting to it in the community, and I don't understand why it can't be fixed.

Stop training all your troops, and reduce one or two unit types (170 to 168). This should hopefully resolve your problem.

We're sorry you're running into this issue. Please report to our CS Team here. Sometimes it can be an issue where the building is being upgraded, but if that is not the case here the team will want to take a look at your issue.
