Hello! Today, after a battle to close the application after the next start saw - that instead of my base became a friend and I lost 10 levels. Please return my zazhu and my level of development. I still have repetitive attacks! Did pery screenshot repeat the last attack on me.

1) On the first morning of my base
2) The second base after entering (alien)
3) The third in the list of my lvl Alliance immediately after the entrance.

Gone day since my conversion to support, but there is no answer. Are so many requests that they can not give an answer on the stages of correction or whether they can return to the village at all? I wait a few days and remove the game.

Happen to me to was level 38 medieval than when I logged in I had a crap level 20 base, and that was 3 weeks ago no helped me at all to fix the problem so I just continued playing with the level 20 base

if you want support, you need to submit a ticket through the in game customer service linbk under the settings section..... submitting here in forums gets nothing done...

I wrote day waiting for an answer. The forum leaving these topics, we draw attention to the problem and resonates, and not so that everything was quiet and went on its own. They did not even give the information - correct or not? Wait for compensation or not?

I have been victimized by this issue as well (starting back on 4/21) and my attempts to get support (via every communication means possible) have all fallen on deaf ears. Thanks to all of you rallying around my plight - I knew there were most likely many, many others impacted. I am certain the developers know about our issue - the silence must be because they have no clue about root cause or what needs to be done to resolve. The awful communication is really deflating.

If you can not return to my village, give the crown to the village I picked up at your level. It's easier you make.
