New bugs from this update so far... heavy tanks move sideways now. Daily videos have no sound or crash the game.

There's a button to build the Parliament in the advisor list, but tapping it goes to the Economy buildings page of the store, where no Parliament is available. At least one German YouTuber (DominationsTipps) has a mostly-working Parliament, however.

After update, the game got crash every time I watch ads or enter the customer service.

Calm down everyone; it'll likely be available Monday. Pretend it's not there. They said it was intentionally removed to fix some bugs.

Also if your game crashes, restarting phone seemingly works (I can't speak from experience; never had the problem.)

They should rename the 'bug fixes and improvements' section of the updates to 'new bugs and glitches introduced'. At least then we'll have everything in transparency. There's no bugfixes anyway, right?
Perk 3 bug just reached its 1 year 'anniversary' last month. It's something that would be probably very little effort for them to fix, but they simply choose to ignore it.
It's pathetic how bad such a good game can be handled and ruined by incompetent fools.

TheWise hello. So I’m wondering what will happen tomorrow when the Parliament building is officially launched. I was one of the few who managed to build it when the v8.4 update landed. I’ve since upgraded it to level 2 on my main account and have started the upgrade to level 3. My concern is...will all that upgrading progress be ‘reset’ when the patch is released tomorrow?

In the past they only made updates/releases on Tuesdays (iirc); maybe that practice should be re-implemented ;-)
