WHY ARE MY 3 BASES DELETED ?

I went to play today and my bases are not there. I log into the accounts and it brings me to when I first started playing in 2017.
This started ever since the update.
How do I get back my accounts that I was playing yesterday ?

Same is happening to me. First 2 weeks ago. Then I got it back and now it’s happening again

Now I’m being asked for information about me that is no longer available in Domination world Game thinks I’m new. They asked which device I use ,purchases, email? Game name. I’ve sent old screenshots even from Domination world. I believe I’ll miss team war again and we are a small team

Thats why I hated when they kept updating the game with so many things that just made the game more difficult to keep up.
The embassy, the manufacture, the counsil the museium.
All of these could have easily been added to the library.

For years I have ask them to please fix the AI so that soldiers don't keep firing at a wall even though there is a hole near to them.
And I have ask that when you launch units from the bottom of the screen, I have ask for those unit cards to be removed instead of leaving them greyed out so that you can see more of the screen.
