the update made upgrading it largely irrelevant in upgrading (aside from aesthetics) so what could it do now.

like the manufactory configure to produce a wall manual, ironside manual or crowns (small trickle) or a speedup chest ( each upgrade makes the manuals speed up faster, speedup chest better and increase crown amount) with a certain slot. you get one slot and fully built get 3 so 1 slot every 2 levels. (could incentivise extra archive levels).

Only use for it right now is just as a tanky piece of brick. Instead could produce each day for example lvl 1. 5m speed up and lvl 2 too.
lvl 3 would produce 30m speed up and lvl 4 too. lvl 5 would produce 1h speed up, lvl 6 and lvl 7 too. at lvl 8 could produce 6h speed up and that would be max reward outcome, unless they added % chance of getting higher speed up value.
