After 3 days of hope that BHG and Nexon will repair 833 glory disappeared in the vaccum after ProdigalThieves vs We Are Sparta war, we are sitting with no solution and ZERO communication after just short talk on Monday.
Only TinSoldier had balls to actually respond us (ProdigalThieves) in some meaningfull day, which I really appreciate. On the other hand its clear Devs are lazy and he has in orders (or whatever) to do absolutely Nothing in those matters (we heard that our 5 alliances were impacted too at some point and 0 solution). The reason is, they asked for some evidence, then tried to screw us up through weak argument that they are not able to see (thats funny, when they developed the game lol) glory changes during time. So Devs confirmed they saw 833 glory win was listed, but they "cant see" what glory we had before war, so they cant add us the glory. Despite that I personally sent them evidence with screenshots in one picture where glory was clearly displayed before the war end (and was the same as the one after war) they didnt get back to us. No apology, no solution, not even slightest compensation.
The solution is quite easy. We will as a whole alliance, (45 players - those who spent money in last few months) will ask for a money compensation from Google and Apple, becuase thats what we have right for. Company (Nexon) clearly viloated our consumer rights, and mainly Apple is always more than willing to give us our money (which is in Nexon pocket right now) back.
So please be sure to calculate with couple thousands dollars less in your upcoming month balance sheet. Your return purchase rate will hike a bit, but Im sure it doesnt mean to you anything in this quantity.
Depends if the quantity of reurned purchases will not increse over time. Becuase thats where you are heading with your poor customer service, and not providing what people clearly (glory) deserved.
