GAUNTLET GLORY DECAY IS A BAD IDEA

By dropping everyone’s glory to bottom of divisions every gauntlet very very few teams are able to ever make it to another division. This causes really bad mismatches
since top teams have essentially the same glory as other non top teams so matches have been way unbalanced , the worst they ever been in this game so far. please stop decaying glory at end of every gauntlet . Or maybe decay 160 off each teams glory instead of everyone being 160 off the bottom . Only 4 teams are in iconic and none are in triumphant . This is really stupid IMO. How can anyone move up to another level like this. We will keep getting terrible mismatches unless team glories are allowed to naturally progress to the top and thus top team match each other rather than the rest of us. Totally hear your frustration. The current system definitely seems to be creating some rough matchups—hoping the devs are listening and open to tweaks.

Are you sure Glory has any influence on matchmaking at all? If I remember correctly, it was said at the beginning that Gauntlets would not influence matchmaking. Am I wrong?

I also think that's a bad idea. If anything, I think a percentage decay would be better. That way, the ranking remains the same, but the variance is reduced.
Alternatively, Glory could be unaffected and the division boundaries adjusted after each Gauntlet.

Furthermore, I believe that the timing of the reset is incorrect in general. It should not be reset at the end of a gauntlet, but rather at the beginning of a new gauntlet. Firstly, this would prevent alliances from winning a war in the days in between and then starting with an “advantage.” Secondly, it would prevent alliances from starting above the 1-star reward at the beginning and then being unable to claim this reward for the entire season.

The game is not rigged for any specific alliance . Yes alliances full of paying hard playing players are going to rise to the top.

Alliances are group effort and require team work if your alliance sucks and can’t break even top 200 don’t hate on other alliances because your team got out played by better group of players. Just simply stomping your feet and calling rigged is not called for.

Simple your team does not put into the game what better alliance put in.

I am one biggest critics of BHG but this one thing they got right. If your alliance can’t compete find a new alliance I recommend Exiles.

All the alliances get the decay. Even the top 100 everybody loves to hate …So again where is your proof ?

Not BHG fault your alliance does not win enough wars.

BHG has stated the rules, they have adjusted and reduce amount of decay already. I see no issue with an event such as this being challenging and they have done a fairly good job at this. What I do have issue with if they make it too easy to accomplish top rank then it worthless to push for.

I have read the ‘decay process’ rules and have observed how alliances are ‘decayed’ at the beginning of the gauntlet. It is easy to see. I stand by my statement.

All I am hearing is bunch of accusations with zero proof. If you have I would love to actually see it. If you don’t have it then do us a favor and shut your gate.

Boo cry there is decay that is not new so folks are going cry rather than actually putting effort figure false accusing and stating how unfair it is going get BHG to lower requirements till y’all’s weak alliances can win top prizes .

If you can’t show proof after acting fool like this I personally hope BHG increases the decay.
