Switching device help

I'm currently playing Dominiations on my iphone4s and is planning to switch to Android phone (HTC) in a couple days.

I was wondering what do I choose for the 2nd screen shot. I first picked "Old Device", and then I'm stuck at the 2nd screenshot.I haven't gotten to the next step yet since I'm confuse on what I should use on the 2nd screenshot. Do I picked iOS since I'm playing on iphone or Another Device because I want to link to Android (Another Device) ?

Also, is this linking device option a one time thing or if I messed up by choosing the wrong device I can restart the linking process over? Thanks.

"Another Device" seems like the obvious answer... It says "I would like to link to..."

See the confusing statement is on top it says to "link your account with" and then on the bottom, it says "link to..". The instruction is contradictory. Anyone else who done this, can help guide me through this process? Anyone know if you click the wrong option, can we restart the linking process or this is a one time thing? Thanks.
