Help to fix my manufactory

Can someone please help to fix my manufactory. It has never worked. I posted a customer service ticket in game and they came back that it was a known bug that would be fixed in a future release. It seems to be stuck in the tutorial stage, she says Once you have the required Materials and Components, you can manufacture your tracked Munition. This then freezes the game and I must exit and restart the game. I think I may have upgraded it before watching the tutorial, not sure if this caused the issue. I have 4 other alt accounts that work fine, on the same device. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I had a similar problem. I think the problem was that the function of the button is not in the place where the button is displayed.
Try thousands of clicks around it, a little higher or lower, a little more left or right .... at some point I hit the button by luck and the tutorial continued.

There was no button, just a message to gather more materials to continue
