I’m still at CWA and of course other CWA players can verify now that we can only see space age and AA bases. Now I need to ask about space age bases. Multiple alliance members have mentioned that they’ve gotten raided by Space age players and have posted replays. Seems like horse doo doo considering the whole point was not being able to down 2 lvls down. It’s pretty sad to watch lvl 200 aa players in our group being utterly crushed by lvl 300 space age players who p2w(Or hack) and already have their maxed troops going.

whole point wasnt about not being able to attack 2 down. whole point is cwa isnt the highest age anymore and cant be expected to be matched with 4 ages of opponents.

and losing a defense really isnt something to be sad about. losing a defense is much better than the other option of being looted without getting a peace treaty. and a AA defending against a SA has a better chance of killing some invaders than a GA defending against CWA

Good feedback though just pointing that they supposedly took away the ability to attack 2 ages down and yet it may still happening and was hoping if space players could verify.

Space Age can now attack 2 ages down and l suspect the same will happen with Digital age, by then Space Age will go back to 1 up/1 down.

I'm not sure why being taken out by a bigger players is so controversial, getting taken out by a SA hurts just as much as being taken out by a CWA or another AA. If I'm maxed oil, and that's the only time I seem to be attacked, I expect to log in with a peace treaty. The day I log in with a bunch of failed attacks is the day I realize I've waited too long to move up to a new age.

I do enjoy a good beating from time to time, that makes great replays especially from much higher level with good mix of troops and strategies. I hate the same old British attack and mass raiders. I’m sure global age leaders would enjoy checking out the variety of cwa arsenal tearing up their bases and checking out what’s waiting for them once they move up.

I dont know about you guys but I rarely gets a full on attacks, and once it happens I usually check out how to improve my base.

You misunderstood. The point was specifically so that Space Age can attack 2 ages down.

When we introduce the Space Age, it will be able to attack 2 ages down. The Cold War Age will act like the other ages and no longer be able to find Global Age bases in their searches.
The team is preparing the servers for this change, so Cold War Age bases may not be able to find Global Age bases even before the next update.

You do not need to be lvl 300 space age to crash such bases. Just 6 mk7s with some uni research done and 5 planes to take out antitanks.. and if the museum is high then some curation tactics

Yes you don't "need" to be but that doesn't mean they won't take advantage of that. And actually there are plenty of players that need to have that advantage. Just doing all the research and all the building doesn't make you a better attacker.
